Celebrating Birmingham's Mid-Autumn Festival with the Birmingham Chinatown Business Association

At Chi Lam Pictures, we're always grateful for the opportunity to tell stories that celebrate culture, community, and local events.

In 2024, we had the pleasure of producing a promotional video for the Birmingham Chinatown Business Association in support of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This vibrant annual celebration brings together families, businesses, performers, and visitors to experience one of the most important festivals in Chinese culture.

Our goal was to capture the atmosphere of the event—from the colourful performances and bustling crowds to the incredible food, cultural displays, and the strong sense of community that makes Birmingham's Chinatown so special. Through dynamic videography and thoughtful editing, we aimed to create a film that reflected both the excitement of the festival and the pride of the local Chinese community.

Projects like these are a reminder of why we love what we do. Every event has its own story, and it's a privilege to help preserve those moments while creating engaging content that can be shared with audiences long after the day has ended.
