Pak Choi  is a powerful, community-driven short film created by Chi Lam Pictures in partnership with the Birmingham & Solihull NHS Mental Health Trust . Set for release in 2026 , the film blends intimate storytelling with themes of memory, family, and mental wellbeing — using cinema as a bridge between communities and conversations around mental health. The story follows a deeply personal journey centred around grief, cultural heritage, and the healing found in unexpected con
